One of our larger customers is using a lot of User Groups in Active Directory. Is their any way to push multiple groups to M-Files at once. Importing one by one in M-Files is a ....peep... job :-)

If they have a local AD, I don't think this is possible. It's M-Files Server that pulls information from AD rather than AD pushing something to M-Files.
If they are using Azure AD, then with the SCIM-based user provisioning the user group management is done on the Azure AD side and AAD pushes the changes to M-Files. On M-Files Cloud the recommendation is to use subscription-level provisioning via M-Files Manage so that it's easier to map a user group to several vaults.
