Change signer of the documents but all document signed updating

Our company changed the position of the signer in the workflow.

So I change his sign of him on the pdf form (PDF Rendition).

However, I found out that many documents old signers had been signed before changing PDF Rendition from Completed to Pending status.

And I was stuck at Pending status for 5 hours.

I restarted the M-Files service, PDF Rendition service, and restarted the server but nothing changed.

What can I do? I want to change the position of the signer from now.
