Upadate docusign user ID

I'm on a project where we had already configured docusign and it worked; the project was put on hold a month ago. I took the hands and then I have to change the user id because it no longer has a license. when I change the user id to use another that has a trial license I get an error and when I go to authenticate I do not have access. what do you advise me to do? the only thing I want to change is the user ID for the rest it works.

  • Make sure the account you are using meets the requirements mentioned in the integration guide. For instance, the integration requires that DocuSign APIs are available.

    Also, if this is a trial account it may be using the DocuSign demo environment instead of the production environment. See the "Use DocuSign Demo Environment" configuration option in the integration guide.
