urlToLatestWeb() in placeholder editor adds extra slash to the link making it unusable

Hello,

I'm trying to get the link to a web object through urlToLatestWeb() in placeholder editor. However, the link does not work since it adds extra slash after vnext.

example.cloudvault.m-files.com/.../

If the extra slash is deleted, the link works fine. Other links, including classic web, work.

Could this be an inner bug or a problem with configuration?
