Are "4096 bit key size" SSL-certificates supported?

One of our customers has been using SSL-certificates with a bit key size of 2048 up until this moment. However, they are looking to issue their SSL-certificates with 4096 bit key size from now on. Therefore, they asked us if M-Files supports this bit key size or that this will give issues. I could not find anything related to this information online or in the Community and am wondering if any of you have the answer.
