Hi everyone,
I'm facing an issue while configuring the M-Files Plugin for Outlook Pro.
I followed the steps in this official document: M-Files Support Article, but I still receive the following errors in the M-Files Plugin for Outlook > Configuration > Authorization Settings:
- "Couldn't load client certificate from configuration."
- "There is no certificate."
Steps I have already tried:
- Set the Certificate Thumbprint under M-Files Admin > M-Files Plugin for Outlook > Configuration > Authorization Settings, but the error persists.
- Restarted M-Files Server (services.msc), but there is no change in the error status.
Has anyone faced a similar issue before? What steps should I take to resolve this client certificate error?
