We import users form Active Directory. We also pull Full Name form AD with success. But on client side full name is not shown, domain username is being displayed.
If you are using M-Files Client 10.x, the usernames in, for example, Created by property are shown as "Full name" if they exist. If they don't, then login names are shown.
If you have pulled the full names from AD after you have created the users in the vault, you may need to add one user to your vault and then remove it so that the user list gets refreshed. Please contact our support (www.m-files.com/support) if you need assistance.
