web access exception

Hello,
my problem is on a M-Files server (6.0) on a Windows Server 2003 64 bits
IIS was already installed (version 6) ASP.NET is installed with version 2.0...

When i connect to the Web Access from a client on XP (on Mozilla and on Internet Explorer), i can't create or edit a document, i have this message:

    Please contact support@m-files.com. I think this issue may require some inspection so this is best what you can do.
    When you send an email to there, attach your M-Files serial number and the error stack as-is (in text format) to the message you're to send. Also, give as much details about your M-Files Server (OS, service pack, M-Files version, cpu, memory amount..). They will help to diagnose the issue.
