How do people manage client's registry settings?
Allot of option need a registry change on the client's machine, simple stuff and easy to push out via script or Group policy.
My question comes about the registry path usually has the M-Files version in it,
\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Motive\M-Files[b]<Version>[/b]\Client\Common\<Vault>\PDFPreviewer
which means that each time m-files updates I must change all my scripts or group policies.
Am I going about this wrong or do people have some hints or tips?
