Federated authentification, no domain users and fixed prefix with account names

Hi,

our m-files is hosted by a reseller, so I don't know if the following problem is only due to configuration or a general problem.

We want to use federated authentification with google oauth 2.0 The problem is, that we can only create user accounts via a web portal and these accounts are not domain accounts but m-files accounts. Furthermore the name of the m-files accounts start all with a prefix like "abc." After the prefix we can enter anything we want.

So if the accountclaim is the email "a@a.com" the only user we could create would be "abc.a@a.com" and therefore the user is not found.

Is there any way to tell mfiles, that the account names must add a prefix "abc." for federated authentification, without using domains?

Thanks for the help.
