Version Control Light Error

Hi everyone, 

I would highly appreciate support. We are currently setting up Production environment and are experiencing an issue with M-Files compliance Kit Version Control Light. 

The error occurs when we move document from external state to Published state. In that case, we are increasing version and producing pdf version. We use the same configuration as on the other environment, same set of metadata, same configuration. Everything in M-Files compliance kit is green, so we are not missing anything. Nothing is missing.

I would appreciate any help and suggestion what to look into it. In event log, I don't see any errors.

    I don't have a specific solution for you, unfortunately.

    If the error message itself does not mean anything to you (are there any deleted properties referenced?) then I would suggest opening a support ticket alongside this message.

    Thanks Craig.

    I figured it out at the end. Based on stack trace, I have found out that we forgot to setup renditions and overlay entries that we used in publishing workflow. 

    Hard to understand it from stack trace but somehow we came accross it.
