For the majority of our documentation they require to built from approved templates. For such documents we have a single work flow that has two approval threads one for the project document and one for the template, it jumps to the template approval flow using a meta field 'is template = yes'. After the template is approved it reaches approved template.
Currently we rely on the users to know if the template is actually approved before embarking on the path of 'new from this template' when selecting the template. Is there any way to flag or prevent the user creating a new project document from a template that hasn't reached it's approved template state?
Any feedback is welcome. I'm sure other admin users have similar issues?
