New server configuration does not work with desktop client (HTTPS-protocol), but works perfectly when using M-Files Web

Hello! 

I configured M-Files server for our client and M-Files Web works perfectly, but somehow i cannot get the Desktop 4466 https - connection to work. 

Whenever i try to connect desktop client using HTTPS-protocol, i just get error "The RPC Server is unavailable". 

Its single server configuration.

Am i missing something here, or is there something wrong with my Certificate ? 

I would really appreciate the help. :)
