How long does it take for 700+ accounts from AD to appear in M-Files admin (they already appear in M-Files manage)?

Have you linked the provisioned Azure AD groups to the M-Files user groups? This is described in section 4.2.5 of M-Files Manage - User Guide.pdf. Without doing that I think the users can only be seen on the subscription level in M-FIles Manage and not as vault users in M-Files Admin yet.

If you have done that then I also recommend raising this with our support team like Craig suggested.

Thanks Joonas.  Yes, we did that.  Is not the first time that we add users to that group.  We had 50 that we added in smaller chunks but the other 650+ that we added on Monday afternoon are just now beginning to appear (35 of them)
