Multi server Mode Login accounts synchronization

The user groups are synchronized from active directory successfully whereas the Login accounts are not created in either of servers in MSM mode. Displays Login accounts missing  in Users window. The Users while login receiving error as no vault found. What is the workaround solution other than manually creating login accounts.
