Why am I getting the error: The property does not accept real object values?

When confirguring Managed properties in the Compliance Kit, I am receiving this error:

The property does not accept real object values

See below configuration. I am wanting to update the Property 'Training Package' in the metadata of the Training Record, pulling it from another object that has the same 'Personnel'. Can anyone assist?
