Below is the workflow of the controlled document process that comes by default in the QMS Vault template.
I've adapted it to integrate the process with Docusign.
As DocuSign requires entering a document in PDF format, we've converted it to state (Route for Approval)... all goes well, and everyone can sign.
but it turns out that at the end of the process we don't have a word format of the document. the Released and effective document are all in PDF.
how could we properly integrate DocuSign with the QMS template document controlled processing workflow?
