I have the problem with a customer that suddenly documents are no longer being imported from file sources where OCR is activated. File sources without OCR work without any problems.
The file sources with activated OCR can also no longer be changed or deleted. The M-Files Admin always freezes.
Conversion to a searchable PDF in M-Files Desktop also no longer works and M-Files Desktop also freezes.
Version 24.1.13312.12 is installed on a Windows Server 2012 R2.
Has anyone else experienced this behavior and has any ideas as to what the cause might be?
