Access denied. Your license type does not allow this operation

Hi, 

suddenly im getting this error here on a RestAPI user (M-Files user with full control, atleast it was full control before) and it doesnt allow me to setup it as full control of vault. The user has Concurrent license.

Because of that our integration stopped working.

  • When do you see this error?  When you try to add full-control rights to the REST API user?

  • Exactly, this was working before btw. Also we have 3 vaults on that server DEV, Test and prod and on the production it is full control, but on dev and test it wont set, im getting that error. I also tried to set the named license on the rest api user and still the same error.


    So im not sure whats happening here.

  • Ok Craig, forget it, my collegue set on my account a readonly license, i changed that but i didnt logout and login into m-files admin and the license wasnt applied. So this is solved now. Slight smile
