We’ve recently launched a refreshed user interface for M‑Files Academy, designed to make learning more streamlined, intuitive, and engaging. The new layout helps learners focus on what matters most, making it easier to navigate courses and progress through content with confidence.
Alongside the new look, we’re introducing AI‑powered learning support to M‑Files Academy. One of the key new features is AI Coach, an intelligent assistant embedded directly into courses. AI Coach can answer learners’ questions about a course, explain unit content in simple terms, summarize key takeaways, and even generate practice questions to help reinforce learning.
AI Coach will first be available in the upcoming M‑Files User course for the new M‑Files Desktop and M‑Files Web clients. This course will be the first to take advantage of AI‑assisted learning, helping users get up to speed faster and deepen their understanding as they learn.
