Can I create a view based on a specific state transition date?

Can't you use MDCC or VBScrirpt to set up the date on some metadata property and use it for views ?

Can you give me a hint what "MDCC" means? Never heard of it.. And I would avoid VBScript as it is already deprecated.. But I would also follow the approach to use another property which could be filled automatically with Compliance Kit or Property Creator for sure..

MDCC is Metadata Card Configuration. VBScript phase out and total removal plan of VBS support by Microsoft is not scheduled yet. You can check the information in here;

Sorry for the lack of information: This is a regulated environment and I can't make any changes to the class, workflow, MDCC, or basically any configuration.

You should be able to use the "Set properties" action in the workflow state to store the transition date in a property. This property can then be used in your view.

I understand that the recommended solution would be to modify the workflow configuration by creating a date property and setting its value during the state transition. This is indeed a best practice and something I have implemented in other workflows.

However, in this particular case, the environment is restricted and I am not allowed to modify the existing workflow configuration or add new properties. Therefore, using a “Set Property” action in the transition is unfortunately not an option.

My requirement is to create this view without changing the current workflow setup. Is there any alternative way to filter objects based on that specific state transition date under these constraints?
