New Outlook

Question

We have an issue where New Outlook doesn't show links in Workflow notifications or assignments but classic Outlook does. 
 We use the %HYPERLINKFRAGMENTHTML% placeholder, but it isn't showing Document, Desktop or Mobile links in New Outlook (it does in Classic Outlook)

This is an issue caused by New Outlook which doesn't render non-http(s) links as clickable. See also my response in this previous question: Notifications links are not clickable 
 The recommended way to move forward would be to make sure you are running M-Files version 24.6 or later and that you have M-Files links enabled in your vault. Then notifications will automatically include links that work also in New Outlook. More information about M-Files links in M-Files Links FAQ .
