Notification Settings - Admin portal

I want to double-check regarding Notification settings on the Cloud server.

When trying to access the notification settings in the admin portal I get an error that says I have insuffiecient right, even though I have full access, am vault creator and am Subscription/Max admin in the manage portal.

What am I missing?

  • Makes sense. Thank you for your reply's!
I would think the digest message time can be managed, just would be easier to do it myself, rather than opening tickets for such minute topics. But makes sense why you wouldn't do it in the admin portal :)
The times can be set for different times between vaults right?

  • It's probably best to ask this of the cloud team via a support ticket.  As Joonas said: some settings cannot be customised in a multi-tenant cloud infrastructure.

In general, though, if the values need to be set on the server level (like in your screenshot) then:

    1. In a multi-tenant cloud infrastructure they cannot - by design - be changed by end users.
    2. Are common settings across all vaults on the server.

We have, previously, moved some admin settings "down" to the vault level to make them more accessible in these situations (e.g. logins), but I have not heard that this is something we're looking at for notifications.  At least: not actively right now.

I would ask the cloud team and see what they say, but my suspicion is that these cannot be changed in multi-tenant cloud environments as they would potentially affect multiple customers.
