Word markups appear on the automatically generated PDF

Hi everyone,

I have exactly the same problem as stated in this post MS Word Markups after converting to PDF. - General Topics - Forums - M-Files Community

Since the post have been locked and no one answered I open a new one.

Does anyone have a clue ?

"I have documents that are being reviewed in MS Word.  The Tracking changes setting was enabled during the review process.  After the documents have been reviewed, I will then go to the Review Tab of Word and Click on Accept changes and stop tracking.

I opened the File from M-Files and the document looks good.  The document markups during the review process are now gone.  When I preview the document in M-Files, the markups are also gone.

However, when I convert to pdf in M-Files, the pdf document shows the markups while the word version show no markups.  Why is this happenning?  Please help.

As a workaround, I would save the document as PDF outside of M-FIles, then I'll use that copy to overwrite the PDF that M-FIles created."
