Insert Property Function Not Working

Is the M-Files ribbon visible inside Office?

yes it is. It's only one user that is having this issue and in previous documents the properties have pulled through correctly.

In general the "properties not being pulled through" has only happened to me in a couple of situations:

1. The M-Files Office COM Add-in isn't loaded for some reason.
   1. If you can see the M-Files ribbon inside Word, though, then this isn't the case.
2. The relationships - as defined when inserting the property - aren't available on the current object.  For example: you chose to insert "Project.ProjectManager", but the document being opened does not have a Project property.
   1. If the same document can be opened by another user and it works, though, then this isn't the case.

It may be worth raising this via support, unless someone else can voice another alternative...
