Hubshare explorer view showing unfinished items

Hi Irene,

First, I assume the best approach would be to prevent the Creator widget to succeed if something is not allowed on the vault. 

Then, isn't it possible to add more filters on the explorer widget to filter out the objects not fitting with your needs?

Finally, if they are visible in M-Files they also should be visible somehow in the vault, you should then be able to clean them up.

In the worst case scenario, do not hesitate to open a support ticket to get more help.

Thank you for your reply. The objects were not created and they do not appear in M-Files.  If you hover over the items in Hubshare, they say "checked out by M-Files User".  They were not fully created because the workflow state was used by a workflow that is not aligned with the class (due to the filtering issue with states in hubshare that lists more than one "draft" state).  As a workaround, I created a view in M-Files (where the items do not appear) and then created a view extension widget.
