Explorer widget query operator

Indeed, the way to solve this is to rely on Views. Hubshare doesn't aim at replicating the full M-Files filtering capabilities and it's natural to rely on Views to achieve more advanced concepts like yours.

The advantage of this, is to always be sure you have the right result being listed because you rely on a centralized view. Also, if you have tons of widgets in multiple hubs relying on this view, later on, when you need to do changes on your filters, you do it one time in M-Files and it then applies to all the widgets/hubs immediately.

Thanks Batiste, I can see the Views widget is quite useful and I do use it a lot. I also love the explorer widget and I look forward to seeing it a bit more useful in the future.

That's for sure something we will consider but for now we prefer and recommend our customers to use the Views widget heavily.

I had the same problem and was able to solve it using the metadata query. 

I added the same Metadata element a second time in the filter chain, but with the alternative value. The result was I could see both "Published" and "Obsolete".
