how to save personal display settings?

Hello,

I want to make every user save their own display settings, not common display settings,  anyone can tell me how to set. Another, how to save more than one common display settings, because I want to realize different department has different display settings.

Thank you for your help.

    Thank you,partim.

    1. Unfortunately, users change their display settings (e.g., which columns are visible) in a folder or view or search result, but they don't see the same settings next time they enter the folder or view or search result. They just also see the default settings.
If users want to save the settings, they should have the permission of "Manage common views and notification rules",but the setting is common for all users, not for the user own.

    2. Even display settings are view specific, I also hope There can be more than one common display settings per view. And different user can search different object, for example, someone often search drawings, others often search QC document, so I hope they can see different display settings.

    Thanks.
