Links to only desktop version

I was just asked the following by a user: "Is it possible to prevent "(Desktop, Web, Mobile)" from being added to the end of all hyperlinks. We don't use either Web or Mobile, so this is not relevant for any of our documents". ?

  • I believe you can also modify your Notifications Template document.

    By default it includes the placeholder HYPERLINKFRAGMENTHTML which includes the links to all 3 (Desktop, Web, URL).

    This can be replaced by one or more of:

    MFILESURL (which I believe links to the latest version in the Desktop)
    MOBILEURL (Mobile Link)
    WEBURL (Web Link)
