How to tell number of files in vault (10k limit on free edition!)

Hi, can someone tell me how I can see how many files m-files currently has in the vault - I can't see anywhere obvious and a global search will only show the first 500 documents.

I need this to prepare myself for the time when m-files will stop working due to the 10k file limit on the free edition.

What happens when you hit this limit? I think that archiving ability is disabled - is there any archiving functionality? Is the limit including "deleted" files?

Thanks for any help

I am looking for the same functionality. My company has the full version of M-Files, but I need to know the file count for auditing purposes. I need to track the amount of files in the system so I can prove that documents are not lost.

If there is a way to get the file count on a vault I would love to see it.

    Thanks,
