How to tell number of files in vault (10k limit on free edition!)

Hi, can someone tell me how I can see how many files m-files currently has in the vault - I can't see anywhere obvious and a global search will only show the first 500 documents.

I need this to prepare myself for the time when m-files will stop working due to the 10k file limit on the free edition.

What happens when you hit this limit? I think that archiving ability is disabled - is there any archiving functionality? Is the limit including "deleted" files?

Thanks for any help

Within Administrator - right click "Documents" then "Properties" ->"Content", select to "export values" then you will get the #.

    Thanks for the suggestion.

When I tried it I must have hit a limit because I only got 5000 in my .csv export.

One thing I have done is make a view by "ID". That will show me the ID# of the documents, but that isn't a count of the documents. For example the first number starts in the 700's. I wish it was a count that would rock. Currently I just have to count the documents in each folder.

If I find a solution I will share it with the crowd. I appreciate everyones help.
