How to tell number of files in vault (10k limit on free edition!)

Hi, can someone tell me how I can see how many files m-files currently has in the vault - I can't see anywhere obvious and a global search will only show the first 500 documents.

I need this to prepare myself for the time when m-files will stop working due to the 10k file limit on the free edition.

What happens when you hit this limit? I think that archiving ability is disabled - is there any archiving functionality? Is the limit including "deleted" files?

Thanks for any help

You can remove 5000 limitation by referring to community.m-files.com/.../openfile.aspx

Bingo! That worked like a charm. There is no infinity setting so it would pull the max number, but I was able to set mine to 100,000 and I got the record count (59,657).

Thanks for the help. This gives me all the information I need to track my file count.
