How long does it take for 700+ accounts from AD to appear in M-Files admin (they already appear in M-Files manage)?

This isn't my area of expertise, but if they're in Manage then I believe that they should migrate across to M-Files.  I'm unsure of timeframes; obviously the volume of users will be a factor.

If you're concerned about the time it's taking then I would suggest speaking to our support teams.  The cloud operations teams should have access to more detailed information to see if there's something wrong.

Thanks Craig.  I contacted them yesterday and they are working on it.  We are fairly new to M-Files and until now all our contact was with the Consultants and Customer Success.  I did not know that I could contact Support.  

Hi Irene,  Of course, you can definitely contact support about any issues.  Please do feel free to additionally keep your Customer Success Manager in the loop too, as they may be able to push tickets if there's some urgency.  I actually know your CSM so I have made him aware of this thread.

Also please do feel free to ask questions here.  Unfortunately, in this instance, it's something that's going to need some specialist access to monitor.

The good news is that it looks like things are starting to move in the right direction.  Fingers crossed the rest appear over the course of today.
