In searching the forum I've found a couple posts requesting that the Admin be able to appoint substitute users, but that functionality didn't exist 7 years ago per the linked thread.
Is there a way for an admin to set/edit/remove a substitution on behalf of a user? Say, for example, that a user set a substitution before going on vacation, but they set it to the wrong person(s). Is…

Has this situation changed, or will is only way to assign a substitute user still to do that from the account itself?.
