What’s M-Files Hubshare Admin? And who is it for?
M-Files Hubshare Admin is aimed at admins who have M-Files Hubshare in use as a collaboration platform. The goal of the course is to equip learners with the necessary skills to create and configure new hubs, share information from M-Files to hubs, and give internal and external people access to hubs.
The course introduces the learner to the M-Files Hubshare interface, terminology, and integration options with M-Files before diving into hub, M-Files widget, and user setup tutorials.
After taking the course, the learners have a clear understanding of their admin role, they understand what can be achieved with M-Files Hubshare, and how they can set up hubs with information shared from M-Files for continuous customer collaboration.
Note that the course does not aim to train the learner to use M-Files Hubshare beyond the brief introduction to the user interface.
How is the course structured?
The overall duration of the course is roughly 3 hours and 20 minutes, and it’s divided into the following sections and units:

Each section contains course units with theory, demos, and exercises.

The new course is automatically assigned to all M-Files Academy users. It is available on your learner dashboard when you log in to M-Files Academy.
