The M-Files Community, first launched in the early 2000's, was upgraded and relaunched in 2021. The M-Files Community improves the customer experience by providing visitors:
- An easy way to ask questions and get quick answers.
- A centralized hub of free-of-charge resources.
- A home base for the many resources that exist within the larger M-Files self-serve ecosphere.
